Method
- Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 2-5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt, and an egg with a silicone spatula.
- Once the dough begins to form, switch to using your hands to knead the dough until you have a round ball. If the dough is too sticky, add flour as needed.
- Divide the dough into six equal parts with a knife.
- Prepare the working surface by sprinkling a little flour on a cutting board. Wet your hands with warm water to make molding easier.
- Take one section of dough, roll it into a rope, and pinch the ends to form a bagel. Repeat until all six bagels are formed.
- Spray each bagel with oil spray and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, gently pressing them in.
- Spray the air fryer basket with more oil spray to prevent sticking. Air fry the bagels at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Store the bagels in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
