Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create the marinade.
Marinate the Chicken
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
Garnish and Serve
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
