Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang Korean red chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
Garnish
  • 2 scallions green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create the marinade.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
