5-Minute Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients
  

Watermelon Base
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

Blend and Pour
  1. In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
