  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled About 6-8 slices.
  • 1 cup celery, diced For crunch.
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced For flavor.
Cucumber Boats
  • 2 large cucumbers Cut in half lengthwise.

Method
 

Prepare Chicken Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, diced celery, and sliced green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Assemble Cucumber Boats
  1. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber halves using a spoon to create boats.
  2. Fill each cucumber boat with the chicken salad mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
