Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend for best flavor
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Toppings
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese Or your favorite cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce For topping
  • 4 units Burger Buns Toasted if desired
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined and form into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Burgers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Place each cooked patty on a burger bun. Top with crispy bacon, BBQ sauce, and any optional garnishes like lettuce, tomato, and onion.
