Prepare the Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined and form into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Burgers
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
- Place each cooked patty on a burger bun. Top with crispy bacon, BBQ sauce, and any optional garnishes like lettuce, tomato, and onion.
