Method
Prepare the Corn
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Make Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
Grill the Corn
- Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the garlic butter generously over the corn.
Serve
- Remove the corn from the grill, brush with any remaining garlic butter, and serve hot.
