Method
Prepare the Crust
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
Make the Filling
- In a separate bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir gently to coat the blueberries.
- Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake and Serve
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the blueberries.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
