Ingredients
  

Crust and Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Blueberry Filling
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
Make the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir gently to coat the blueberries.
  2. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake and Serve
  1. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the blueberries.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
