- In a large bowl, combine the canned chicken, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.

- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
