  • 2 cans 12.5 oz canned chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned chicken, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
