Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, pesto sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Assemble the Skewers
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
Grill the Skewers
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
