Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the Rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
  5. Fold in the cooked pasta until well mixed. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, topped with additional shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
