Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad Base
  • 8 oz Rotini pasta or any pasta of choice
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
Dressing
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and cheddar cheese.
Add Dressing
  1. Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
