Prepare the Ingredients
- Shred the cooked chicken breast and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Dice the celery, halve the grapes, and finely chop the red onion.
Mix the Salad
- Add the diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped red onion to the bowl with chicken.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and mix until well combined.
