  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
