  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy

Method
 

Prepare the Ice Cream Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.
Churn the Ice Cream
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze the Ice Cream
  1. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serve
