  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves packed
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a blender, combine the cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
