Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add sliced chicken and mix well to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
Combine and Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with warmed tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and cilantro.
