Prepare the Butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Using a whisk or spatula, mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Shape and Chill
- Transfer the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Roll the plastic wrap tightly around the butter to form a log shape.
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
Serve
- Once chilled, slice the Cowboy Butter into rounds and serve on grilled meats, vegetables, or bread.
