Ingredients
  

Butter Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
Flavorings
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Butter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with all the flavoring ingredients.
  2. Use a whisk or spoon to mix until well combined and smooth.
Shape and Chill
  1. Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.
  2. Shape it into a log and wrap tightly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before using.
