Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta or any pasta of choice
Kielbasa
  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage sliced
Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste
Vegetables
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Kielbasa
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Make Cream Sauce
  1. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet with kielbasa. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through until spinach wilts.
  2. Serve immediately, topped with additional cheese if desired.
