Method
Cook Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Kielbasa
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Make Cream Sauce
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet with kielbasa. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through until spinach wilts.
- Serve immediately, topped with additional cheese if desired.
