  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce for wrapping

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, mushrooms, carrots, and green onions; cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
  4. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
  6. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
