- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the cubed fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped fresh basil, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, grape-seed oil, and buttermilk until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
