  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked ham
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano optional

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. In a separate large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until it forms a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the risen dough into a pizza shape and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top followed by diced ham and pineapple chunks.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano on top if desired.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
