  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, diced mango, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions.
Make the Dressing
