- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cooked mushrooms, feta cheese, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Mix well.
- Grease a pie dish with the remaining cooking oil and pour the mixture into it.
- Top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
