Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup pitted dates soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or frozen, thawed
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
Coating Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes for rolling

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a food processor, combine the soaked dates, almond meal, fresh raspberries, melted coconut oil, and 1/4 cup of coconut flakes. Blend until a sticky mixture forms.
Form the Balls
  1. Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the Balls
  1. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut flakes until fully coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Place the coated bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
