Method
Prepare the Mixture
- In a food processor, combine the soaked dates, almond meal, fresh raspberries, melted coconut oil, and 1/4 cup of coconut flakes. Blend until a sticky mixture forms.
Form the Balls
- Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the Balls
- Roll each ball in the remaining coconut flakes until fully coated.
Chill and Serve
- Place the coated bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
