- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour and Greek yogurt. Stir together until nearly combined; the mixture will be crumbly.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough until mostly combined. Avoid overworking; it will remain sticky.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal balls and gently shape each into a rope, connecting the ends to form bagels. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg using a fork. Brush both sides of the bagels with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle with your choice of seasonings and bake for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
