Peaches
  • 4 pieces ripe peaches halved and pitted
Topping
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Peaches
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Place the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly over the peach halves.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender.
