Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortillas on the bottom.
- Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas, then add half of the black beans and corn.
- Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Baking
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
