Marinating and Grilling
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
