  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Marinating and Grilling
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
