Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips dark or milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Fill the Molds
  1. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Add Toppings
  1. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts on top of each filled mold.
Freeze
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
