Making the Flatbread

  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and top with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil.
