Sausage and Peppers
  • 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
  • 2 medium bell peppers sliced (red and green)
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Cooking the Sausage and Vegetables
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
