Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
Grill the Chicken
- Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
Assemble the Sliders
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
- Place a generous amount of shredded chicken on each slider bun and top with coleslaw if using.
