Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Sliders
  • 8 pieces slider buns mini hamburger buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw optional for topping
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  2. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  2. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
  3. Place a generous amount of shredded chicken on each slider bun and top with coleslaw if using.
