  • 4 cups water hot but not boiling
Latte Mixture
  • 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 4 tablespoons sweetener honey, agave, or sugar to taste
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Method
 

Prepare Matcha
  1. In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
Assemble Latte
