  • 4 medium ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese torn into pieces
  • 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, arugula, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Transfer the salad mixture to a serving platter.
  4. Top with torn burrata cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
