Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup granola for topping
Veggie Sticks with Hummus
  • 2 carrots carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 cucumber cucumber cut into sticks
  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
Peanut Butter Banana Bites
  • 2 bananas bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional for topping

Method
 

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
  1. In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and granola.
  2. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Veggie Sticks with Hummus
  1. Arrange carrot and cucumber sticks on a plate.
  2. Serve with a bowl of hummus for dipping.
Peanut Butter Banana Bites
  1. Spread peanut butter on each banana slice.
  2. Top with chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
