  • 8 oz cold smoked salmon lox
  • 4 each hard boiled eggs
  • 1 each cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 1 each avocado sliced
  • 2 each tomatoes sliced
  • 1 each red onion sliced
  • 1 cup micro green sprouts

Preparation
  1. Arrange the assorted bagels on a serving board.
  2. Place the smoked salmon dip and cream cheese in small bowls on the board.
  3. Layer the cold smoked salmon lox, hard boiled eggs, cucumber slices, capers, dill, avocado slices, tomatoes, and red onion around the bagels.
  4. Garnish with micro green sprouts.
