  • 2 cups cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup radishes sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and radishes thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Chop the fresh dill finely.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, radishes, cherry tomatoes, and dill.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
