Frozen Yogurt Bark

A refreshing and healthy treat made with yogurt and topped with fruits and nuts, perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups plain yogurt Greek or regular
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and honey (if using).
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries and chopped nuts evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve.
