Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Vegetables (optional)
  • 1 bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Assemble the Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken and optional vegetables onto skewers.
Grill the Skewers
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  2. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
