Okra
  • 1 pound fresh okra trimmed and halved
Garlic
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the okra, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until the okra is well coated.
Roasting
  1. Spread the okra mixture evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the okra is tender and slightly crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
