Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 small Cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Lettuce
  • 4 buns Whole Wheat Burger Buns

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Place each turkey patty on a bun and top with tzatziki sauce, tomato slices, and lettuce.
