Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
Butter Mixture
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
Make the Butter Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Grill the Corn
  1. Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
  2. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
  3. During the last few minutes, brush the corn with the butter mixture.
Serve
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and serve hot with extra butter if desired.
