Ingredients
  

Peaches
  • 4 ripe peaches halved and pitted
Honey Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar optional for added flavor
Seasoning
  • 1 pinch cinnamon for sprinkling
  • 1 pinch salt to enhance sweetness

Method
 

Prepare the Peaches
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
Grill the Peaches
  1. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  2. Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
Add Glaze
  1. Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over the grilled peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
Serve
  1. Serve warm as a dessert or alongside savory dishes.
