Cook the Turkey
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour in water and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your tacos!
