Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For dotting

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Layer the blueberries in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top evenly.
  7. Dot with butter.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
