  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
Brushing Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine corn flour, water, salt, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough to a thin sheet on a surface dusted with corn flour.
  4. Cut into desired chip shapes.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the chips on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
