Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the shredded chicken, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
  7. Fold in the cooked macaroni until evenly coated with the cheese sauce.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
