Ingredients
  

Main Course
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 lb Beef Burgers ground beef
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese for burgers
Sides
  • 2 cups Coleslaw prepared
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob fresh
  • 1 cup Potato Salad prepared
Dessert
  • 1 pkg Brownie Mix for easy preparation
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream for serving
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries for topping

Method
 

Grilling the Meats
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ sauce.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Form the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
Preparing the Sides
  1. Boil the corn on the cob in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Serve coleslaw and potato salad in separate bowls.
Making the Dessert
  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake.
  2. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries on top.
