Prepare the Mango Yogurt Mixture
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Freeze the Mixture
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
- Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls and enjoy. Optionally, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.
