Ingredients
  

Mango Frozen Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, diced fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice for brightness

Method
 

Prepare the Mango Yogurt Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Freeze the Mixture
  1. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls and enjoy. Optionally, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.
